This 8.381-mile corridor improvement project extends along TH 22 in Le Sueur and Blue Earth Counties, from 500 feet north of CSAH 26 to 0.25 miles north of CSAH 45. Designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and long-term roadway durability, the project includes grading, bituminous surfacing, ADA improvements, and installation of retaining walls. Additional enhancements feature a new roundabout, lighting, snow fence construction, and replacement or improvements to multiple bridges (Nos. 07036, 07X05, 40X02, 40X08, and 40003). Intermediate completion dates are part of the contract to ensure phased progression and milestone tracking throughout the multi-year construction timeline.
