Located approximately 0.5 miles north of New Ulm, Minnesota, this 0.406-mile project on CSAH 21 spans from 140 feet east to 2,285 feet east of CSAH 14. The project is federally supported under ER MN20(400) and focuses on critical roadway and slope stabilization improvements. Scope of work includes grading, aggregate base installation, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter construction, and erosion control measures. Additional features include the construction of an RSS (reinforced soil slope) wall, turf establishment, and the installation of signing and striping. Slope stabilization efforts are ongoing to ensure long-term durability and protection of the adjacent roadway and embankments. These improvements are essential for enhancing infrastructure resilience and maintaining safe travel conditions in the area.
