Project Overview

Start: July 15, 2024 | Completion: May 31, 2027

This 1.804-mile infrastructure project is located in Olmsted County, encompassing sections of TH 90 and TH 52 near Rochester. The work spans from 5,080 feet west to 3,600 feet east of NB TH 52 along TH 90, and along TH 52 from 3,475 feet north to 1,830 feet south of EB TH 90. The project scope includes grading, bituminous surfacing, high-tension cable guardrail installation, lighting, retaining wall construction, and bridge work involving structures No. 55823, 55824, 55826, 55X28, and 55X29. The upgrades are designed to enhance roadway safety, stability, and operational efficiency. This contract also contains intermediate milestone deadlines to track phased completion progress.
